Job Description: As a Neighborhood Canvasser, your primary responsibility will be to engage with residents in various neighborhoods and set appointments for free estimates on their upcoming home improvement projects. You'll be the face of Crossroads Home Improvements, representing our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Canvas neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule appointments with homeowners.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and promotions to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
• No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training.
