Apartment Service Technicians Needed

Now hiring apartment service technicians for an apartment community

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3-6 months maintenance or handyman experience
• Able to work well with others and with minimal supervision
• Own tools

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Painting
• Drywall repairs
• Appliance repairs and installation
• Apartment turns/work orders
