Family Care Connections in Glendale, AZ is looking to hire a Part-time Direct Support Provider to provide Respite, Habilitation, and Attendant Care services to individuals with disabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CAREGIVER / DIRECT SUPPORT PROVIDER:

• Willingness to attend in-person training.
• Obtain Level 1 fingerprint card.
• Willingness to comply with our company policy.
• Have a compassionate heart for working with people with disabilities.

We provide respite (basic supervision), habilitation (teaching and mentoring) and attendant care (physical assistance for daily living) for kids and adults with a variety of disabilities e.g. autism, down syndrome and cognitive delays and epilepsy.

We serve: All of the west valley area!

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
